APEM POLICY STATEMENT.: DISTRIBUTION OF THE APEM ASSETS ON DISSOLUTION OR LIQUIDATION.

Under the NGO Policy and Guiding laws and customs of Sierra Leone, or under the APEM’s governing Constitution (Page 12 ) , all of APEM assets shall be disposed of in accordance with the existing national policy on the liquidation of NGOs (to another not-for-profit organization for charitable, religious, or educational purposes.)
